ProExams.com Presents:
Psychometrics 101 - Lunch & Learn in Washington D.C.
ProExams.com invites your participation in Psychometrics 101. This 2-hour lunchtime learning event will focus on idea sharing and a comprehensive introduction to the basics of psychometrics. As testing professionals, it is our experience that for many of our client’s psychometrics can be confusing and sometimes even scary. We want to use this opportunity, in a non-sales environment, to share with you what we know.
We are hosting this event in conjunction with our attendance as an exhibitor at the ASAE Technology Conference and Expo in Washington, DC on February 9-11, 2010. We encourage you to stop by our booth (626) during the show.
The processes we will be discussing during the Lunch & Learn are:
• Defining the purpose of your assessment
• Creating test (program) specifications
• Writing test questions
• Putting your test together
• Analyzing question and test performance
• Setting a passing score
The goal of this free session is to help you and your organization gain a clear understanding of what psychometrics is, why it’s important, and how you can use it to strengthen your certification or testing program.
